To determine your needs, our team will email you a questionnaire to complete and contact you to make a follow-up appointment. This appointment is often free of charge—we will let you know in circumstances where a charge is incurred.
Occasionally, our clients are better referred to another professional to best meet their goals—we’ll endeavour to help you with this if needed.

Our fees for ongoing services are reviewed and indexed annually. If you retain our services on an ongoing basis, you can terminate them at any time.
